Advanced Dog Groomer & Owner of The Paws Pack UK
Sam is the owner of The Paws Pack UK and an Advanced Dog Groomer. She started her grooming journey self-taught before going on to
gain her professional qualifications, and in 2026 took the exciting step into grooming competitions. At her very first competition,
she was thrilled to win Best Technique out of 92 competitors! 🏆✂️
Samantha loves the creative side of grooming, particularly when an owner gives her complete freedom to create a look that
suits their dog. Her favourite breed to groom is the Standard Poodle, while her overall breed favourites include
Rottweilers, Long-Haired German Shepherds and pretty much any black and tan dog! 🐶
Outside of work, Samantha loves property renovation, travelling and spending time with her family and rather large
collection of animals. Her soul dog Loki and her rescue girl Pippa (pictured here) regularly come to work with her —
although they're both convinced they're actually the bosses! 😂
Her current dream holiday is Australia, where she hopes to visit a friend she hasn't seen for 14 years. Until then, you'll
usually find her up a ladder renovating, enjoying a cup of tea (never coffee!) or walking around Wayoh Reservoir or Upper
Roddlesworth Reservoirs.
Sam is incredibly proud of how The Paws Pack UK has grown since 2019, particularly the opportunities it has created for young
people wanting to build a career working with animals, including supporting Myerscough College in their work experience programme for the last five years. Above all, she's grateful to have built a business that allows her to spend her days doing something she genuinely loves. 💙🐾

And they really are famous! We are the home to the original Adventure Walk. Created in 2019, we take your dog on a true woodland/beach adventure with the option of a bath afterwards too! In our team, we have qualified dog trainers. Do you struggle with a reliable recall with your dog? Or perhaps you'd like them to join our social walks but currently your pooch has no recall? Do not fear! Our incredible recall training sessions can help you fix this! Cat & small animal pet sitting
We understand that some pets are not suited for the cattery or boarding lifestyle so we have designed our cat and small animal pet sitting service to help with this. We will visit your pet(s) as many times a day as you wish, for as long as you wish, for the duration of your holiday. From as short as just checking they have fresh food and water, to spending time snuggling and playing with them. We are prepared and trained to look after an extensive amount of small household animals. Fish, chickens, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, chinchillas, degus - you name it, we'll help you with them!
